High Court Appeal

Having been advised by The Independent newspaper that our libel case against Richard Dawkins, Amazon and others is of public interest, we shall update this page with what information we feel we can divulge as we attempt to challenge the decision to deny us appeal rights; and then, if successful, to appeal the strike-out decision itself and proceed to full trial.
